• Proven Sales Success: You've demonstrated your ability to drive sales in the Research Institute, CRO, or Clinical Trial Solutions sector.
• Clinical Trial Knowledge: You’re no stranger to the intricacies of clinical trials and the services they require.
• Collaboration and Relationship Building: You thrive in building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry leaders, ensuring seamless project execution and satisfaction.
• Negotiation Mastery: You have a track record of successfully closing deals and creating win-win partnerships.
• Travel Ready: You’re excited to travel (domestically and occasionally to the USA and Europe) to meet clients and build connections.

• Manage and grow key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Partner with vendors, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Contribute to the expansion of their service offerings, including their upcoming primary packaging and new USA facility.
