Key Responsibilities
- Lead Phase I Oncology Trials : Manage multiple Phase I oncology clinical trials, ensuring high standards of patient care, safety monitoring, and accurate data collection.
- Mentorship & Team Development : Use your nursing expertise and clinical trial management experience to mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and guiding them through complex trial processes.
- Patient-Focused : Oversee all aspects of patient care, from recruitment to treatment administration, sample collection, and safety monitoring, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for participants.
- Collaborate Across Functions : Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of clinical trials, contributing to innovative research and better patient outcomes.
- Nursing Background : A clinical background in nursing, with direct patient-facing experience, is essential to ensure you can provide the best possible care to trial participants.
- Phase I Oncology Experience : At least 4-5 years of experience managing Phase I oncology trials, with a strong understanding of treatment protocols, patient safety, and trial logistics.
- Clinical Trial Management : Experience managing clinical trials in either clinical research settings or hospital environments.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability : Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and initiative.
- Mentoring & Leadership : A passion for mentoring and helping junior team members develop their skills and confidence in clinical research.
