to establish and manage a sterile compounding laboratory.
Reporting to the Pharmacy Owner, you will be key in expanding both sterile and non-sterile compounding services, focusing on business development and service growth. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to increase awareness of the pharmacy's compounding capabilities and contribute to the continued success of the pharmacy.

- Sterile Compounding Expertise: Establish and oversee sterile compounding activities.
- Operational Management: Manage operational SOPs, risk assessments, and inventory, ensuring efficiency in compounding processes and safe product handling.
- Facility and Equipment Oversight: Maintain a safe, compliant compounding environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and environmental testing is conducted regularly.
- Staff Development: Lead and train the compounding team, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities in compounding services, contributing to service diversification and expansion.
- Pharmacy Services: Provide pharmacy dispensing services, including participation in managed access programs, while ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance service delivery and outcomes for both patients and the pharmacy.
To be considered for this role, you will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy with current AHPRA Registration
- Strong experience in sterile compounding.
- Strong business acumen with a proactive approach to growth
- Extensive customer service experience with a commitment to excellence
- Proven expertise in relationship management and communication
- High attention to detail, exceptional time management, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
