  • Who can be referred as qualified candidates?

    To qualify for our bonus rewards. Candidates you refer should:

    • Have not applied directly to On Q for a position in the past year.

  • When will I get my bonus for a referral?

    If we end up hiring your referred candidate, you are eligible for a total bonus of $5,000 payable in 2 instalments:

    • On commencement of your referred candidate
    • On successful completion of the probationary period of your referred candidate

  • What happens if two or more people refer the same candidate?

    f two or more people refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral rewards.

  • Is there a maximum number of referrals I can make?

    There is no cap on the number of referrals that can be made. All rewards will be paid accordingly.
